Sarah Bouchard

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner offering comprehensive health care services to patients in midlife. This includes FDA approved menopause hormone treatment with wrap around preventative health care services. I have been working in the health care landscape for just over 14 years, with experience ranging from substance abuse treatment to cardiology and most notably sexual and reproductive health care. It is my mission to bring highly accessible, compassionate health care directly to patients so that they can make well informed choices and feel heard during this important transition in life. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, gardening and tinkering in my yard, and generally being physically active. I am highly engaged at the local level through volunteerism with our local school and town rec program and feel lucky to live in such an amazing place!
