I've spent over 20 years in the emergency department saving people's lives. Now I'm trying to help women get their lives back! As a 50 year old woman, I am living the same complaints of many of my friends, colleagues and patients. I wanted a way to help improve their lives, so I became Menopause HRT prescriber certified. I balance life starting my women's wellness program, shifts in the ER and raising five kids.
