I am a former emergency medicine provider who transitioned to providing peri/menopause care after far too many conversations about delayed diagnosis, inabiltiy to provide care for menopausal patients and the lack of meaningful care in my area. I am a life long athlete, cycling and climbing more these days, who loves lifing heavy weights, playing with my puppy and being in the mountains. I am passionate about giving women their lives back and helping them age well, with a full toolkit of resources to choose from.
