Hello! I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of experience in primary care. Lately, my focus and passion has shifted toward women’s health and menopause care — an area where I believe women deserve far better education and support than they’ve historically received. As someone navigating perimenopause myself, I’ve gained a personal appreciation for the gaps in research and evidence-based clinical knowledge that so many women encounter during this transition. I’m currently working toward becoming a Menopause Society Certified Provider and am an active member of The Menopause Society. My academic foundation includes a Masters Degree in Nursing from The Ohio State University, a BS in Nursing from Pace University, and a BA in Biology from Skidmore College. Outside of work, I stay active through running, rucking and strength training, unwind reading mysteries/thrillers, and enjoy NYT word games. Most importantly, I love spending time with my two kids, my husband, and our three dogs.
