Hi, Im a board certified family medicine physician based in southern California and have been in practice since 2015. I have a large interest in women's health and overall preventative medicine. I highly encourage women to be their own advocate and take care of themselves before they develop symptoms or chronic disease. I work with my sister and family in our own independent family practice group. I have 2 boys and happily married. I am very active and love emphasizing healthy lifestyle to promote longevity.
