I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for women’s health. In my early healthcare career, I supported women through their reproductive years. Later in life, I experienced how life-changing hormone therapy can be. I encountered first-hand, the lack of menopause knowledge and treatment within the healthcare system. Realizing that I can drive change and help other midlife women; I now provide the perimenopause and menopause care that I struggled to find. I think the collaborative relationship that develops with patients is at the essence of healthcare care. I offer comprehensive treatment options, giving women tools to better navigate their post-reproductive years. Our mutual goal is that women in my care feel like the best, and most capable version of themselves.
