Melinda is native of Westlake, LA. She received her undergraduate from Northwestern State University in 1983. She went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Nursing from McNeese State University in 2000. She is a board certified family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Melinda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from Internal Medicine and Urology. She joined Revitalized Health after being revitalized herself as a patient in 2022. Melinda’s passion lies in creating individualized treatment plans and treating the root cause of chronic disease.
