Over the course of my Primary Care career, I noticed common patterns in the complaints of my female patients that were not being addressed by the system. I felt like I was not meeting their needs either, and vowed to become a better provider for them. This insight led me to a deep dive into women's hormones and exploring the knowledge necessary to understand the challenges faced by women in midlife and to provide better care for them. That journey has led me to the expertise needed to provide high level care that allows women to feel heard, understood and cared for and to help them regain the strength needed to face all of life's changes and feel like themselves again.
