I'm a board certified Internal Medicine physician with over 15 yrs of practice. After having personally going through perimenopause and thinking I was crazy, I realized no doctors were actually treating these severe symptoms. There was very little education on the issue, and I decided to study more. I realized that I was not crazy, and that I was missing a lot of the things my own patients were going through- simplify because I was not educated enough.
