For more than 20 years I’ve served as a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, guiding women through hormone-replacement therapy, perimenopause, and menopause with individualized, root-cause solutions. My “why” is simple: to ensure every woman feels heard, empowered, and equipped with evidence-based tools to thrive at every stage of life.
