As a female urologist with close to 20 years of experience championing women’s pelvic health, I have recognized the critical role estrogen plays in pelvic health. As I navigated my own peri/menopause journey, I recognized the scarcity of knowledgeable professionals in hormone replacement therapy (HRT). This inspired a deep dive into menopause care expanding my expertise to better understand this transition period and learn to skills to empower women on their own journey. I combine my extensive urological experience with advance knowledges in HRT to help women thrive during perimenopause and beyond.
