About

Lara Simondi
Lara Simondi has over 30 years experience working in women's health. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from McGill University in 1991. Lara started her career as a labor and delivery nurse. She then attended Boston University where she received her MPH and became a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in 1998. Lara practiced full scope midwifery at Harvard affiliated, Brigham and Women's Hospital for 24 years and retired in 2022. As she herself entered into the perimenopause phase, she realized there was a void in her knowledge on how to best care for women during this period of life. She realized medical providers in general seemed to lack knowledge about how best to treat women in peri/post menopause because it had not been a focus during their education. Lara knew she had to learn all she could on how best to care for peri and post menopausal women to help her peers live their best lives! Lara is a member of the Menopause Society (previously known as NAMS), and is a certified Biote and Evexias Provider, offering bioidentical hormones to treat peri and post menopausal symptoms. Lara has also attended Heather Hirsch's academy and is certified as a Women's Health Hormone Therapy specialist in all FDA approved hormone options. Lara loves to attend conferences and trainings to learn the newest products, techniques, and devices on the market, as well as the science behind it all. Lara has transitioned her career from the hospital, and now owns a med spa with two locations (Milton and Boston), where she offers many non surgical ways to slow the signs of aging, including injectable treatments, laser and medical grade skin care. Her practice has expanded to offer peri and post menopausal care, because it's not only about looking our best, we must feel great too and living healthier and happier lives includes restoring our hormones!! The best is yet to come! We are in this together ladies!!
