My name is Kelsey Schones. I am a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Lactation Consultant in western Oklahoma. I am passionate about empowering women to navigate the challenges of menopause and perimenopause. My focus lies in providing education, support and resources to help women understand and embrace these transformative stages of life. By addressing key aspects of women's health, I aim to break stigmas, foster open conversations, and promote overall well-being. My dedication is rooted in a desire to enhance the quality of life for women during life transitions, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident.
