I have been working in women's health since 2005 and since 2013 as a Nurse-Midwife. While I love all aspects of women's health, helping people navigate the often wild years of midlife is my absolute clinical passion. After hearing women's midlife struggles for years and feeling frustrated with my lack of specialized clinical training, I dove headfirst into all things midlife several years ago. Through the Heather Hirsch Clinician Course and the MSCP Certification process, I gained the clinical confidence to help people navigate hormonal, non hormonal options and lifestyle changes to optimize midlife living. My passion has only grown now having worked with countless women and heard their success stories first hand. I look forward to meeting with future clients and helping them find their best self in midlife!
