About

Katherine Diggs APRN-C
My passion for women’s health is deeply personal. At just 21 years old, I underwent my first ovarian removal and began a long, complex journey shaped by severe endometriosis, infertility, IVG, and multiple surgeries. By 31, I had total hysterectomy, yet despite everything my body had been through, I wasn’t physiologically dosed for years after my hysterectomy. Navigating life without proper hormone support left me determined to make sure no woman feels lost, dismissed, or unheard the way I once did. These experiences didn’t break me, but they fueled me. They taught me that women deserve better: better care, better education, better access, and better advocacy at every stage of life. I’ve become dedicated to helping women understand their bodies, trust their instincts, and feel their best whether they’re navigating hormonal challenges, reproductive struggles, menopause, or anything in between. Today, my mission is simple: to empower women of all ages with knowledge, compassion, and support so they can thrive, not just survive. Women’s health is not “niche” it’s foundational. And I’m committed to being a voice, a resource, and a champion for every woman who has ever felt overwhelmed or overlooked on her health journey. XO-Kat
