Kari Waddell is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Menopause Society Certified Provider (MSCP) with a deep passion for guiding women through the transformative years of midlife. After over a decade of practicing in traditional healthcare settings, Kari felt called to create a more personalized, relationship-driven experience—one where women feel truly heard, supported, and empowered in their care. She founded Radiant Health for Women to offer compassionate, expert care focused on menopausal care, whole-person wellness, weight management and vibrant aging. Her clinical approach blends evidence-based medicine with a genuine curiosity about each patient’s unique journey, values, and goals.
