About

Jessica Dacus, DO
I began my healthcare career as a physical therapist specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction and women’s musculoskeletal rehabilitation in the late 1990's. After a few years in practice, I returned to school to pursue medicine, drawn primarily to women’s health but also deeply interested in psychiatry, dermatology, and orthopedics. This diverse range of interests led me to family medicine, which offered the opportunity to practice across these fields. Since 2009, I have been dedicated to family medicine, continuously learning from my patients and through ongoing medical education. Along the way, I discovered a strong passion for supporting women through their midlife transitions—a journey I am experiencing myself—and I am committed to helping as many women as possible during this important stage of life obtain quality care.
