I work in a direct primary care clinic in Northern Colorado and take care of all walks of life, but the female demographic tends to find me! I started learning more about women's health and hormones as I myself entered my 40s and wanted to be prepared for what was to come. I enjoy watching the transformations patients get from undergoing lifestyle changes and adding hormone replacement therapy.
