I have been practicing in Primary Care for over 10 years. In that time, I developed a passion for helping women navigate through perimenopause and menopausal changes. I opened my own practice to try to help more women and give them the time, support, and grace that they deserve. Women have been told long enough that they just need to "ride out" menopause. This is horrible, and I am here to help.
