My goal is to help people live their best lives and thrive using principles of lifestyle medicine for disease prevention and reversal. I am passionate about helping women understand the transformation their body goes through every month of their reproductive life and particularly the hormonal changes of midlife. My goal is to educate women about the tremendous impact hormonal changes have on all aspects of their physical and emotional health and empower women with tools to thrive in menopause transition and beyond.
