I am a Triple Board-Certified Physician in Family, Obesity, and Lifestyle Medicine and the Owner of Living At Your Finest Wellness, a Membership-Based Holistic and Integrative Direct Primary Care Practice located in Marietta, Georgia. I am passionate about providing exceptional full-spectrum primary care services to all ages, such as acute and urgent care, chronic care, mental and women’s health, minor office procedures, lifestyle and weight wellness optimization, preventative care, physicals, and screening. My area of expertise is helping Individuals, Families, and Employees Live At Their Finest Well-being using Evidence-based Lifestyle Interventions to prevent, treat, and, in most cases, reverse chronic lifestyle-related diseases. I was motivated to start my practice after 16+ years of frustration with the traditional healthcare system, which focuses on sick care instead of well care. With restored joy, I am pleased to have enough time without the influence of the insurance-driven processes to practice Whole-Person Medicine using an integrative approach that considers the mind, body, and lifestyle to create personalized, patient-centered care.
