Deidre ( Shelley) Russell

With 38years of experience working with women’s health, from Labor and Delivery as an RN, to full scope midwifery care, with the addition of adding IBCLC care to my patients over the last 3 years. My clientele is aging and I found that menopause care education is lacking in our current healthcare system. I enjoy caring for women of all ages but perimenopause and menopause care is rapidly become a passion of mine. Completing the Heather Hirsch Academy course “Prescribe and Manage Hormone Therapy” has helped me get clarity on managing hormone therapy with evidence based treatment plans. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and helping many women improve their lives during this transition in life.
