About

Danielle Hynds
I have worked in healthcare for approximately 15 years, with the majority of my career spent as an ICU registered nurse caring for critically ill and medically complex patients. I became a nurse practitioner in 2019 and have since continued to provide advanced care primarily in the hospital setting, managing patients with high-acuity and complex medical needs. In 2024, I founded my wellness practice, originally named Emerge Wellness and now named InReach Wellness, where I discovered a true passion for helping individuals optimize their health and become the best version of themselves. Many of my patients are athletes I train alongside, particularly in jiu-jitsu, which has deepened my understanding of performance, recovery, and longevity. Through this work, I have also developed a strong commitment to supporting women—not only within the athletic community but throughout the broader community as well. My practice philosophy is reflected in our slogan, “Invest in your wellbeing.” I believe that when individuals prioritize their health, they are making a powerful investment in their future—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
