About

Dana Scharfenberg
Dana is a dedicated healthcare professional with a robust educational background, holding a Bachelor's degree in biology and nursing from Seattle Pacific University, a Master's in nursing education from the University of Washington, and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University, where she graduated magna cum laude. A proud military veteran, Dana served seven years on active duty as a bio-environmentalist, gaining invaluable insights into workplace hazards. Following her military service, she spent 23 years as a nurse in various hospital settings, including critical care and oncology. After experiencing the menopause transition and recognizing the lack of support available, Dana became a nurse practitioner and completed basic menopause education through the Menopause Society and advanced hormone replacement therapy training. Dana cracked the code to restore her health and now passionately empowers and advocates for women to navigate their menopause journey successfully.
