I’m Cynthia, a Nurse Practitioner based in Indianapolis, Indiana. I’ve spent the past year learning everything I can about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) after feeling frustrated by how little support and education we get - both as providers and as women when it comes to hormonal health. I’m deeply passionate about continuing to learn about women’s health for myself and for our mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and every woman who deserves to feel like herself again.
