Crystal Tarou

Crystal was born and raised in Lake Charles. She graduated from McNeese State University (MSU) in 2003 with a BSN in nursing and worked in ICU for 10 years. While working as an RN, she completed her MSN in nursing education at Texas Women’s University. She then received her MSN for FNP in 2013 from MSU. She joined the Revitalized Health team in 2022 after personally experiencing how hormone optimization improved her health and well-being. She has also worked as needed at a local urgent care since 2014. Crystal is passionate about helping patients with health promotion and disease prevention through hormone optimization. For her, nutrition and movement are integral parts of healing and should be a part of any patient’s care plan to not only treat illnesses, but prevent them altogether.
