I’m Dr. Crystal Maxwell a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical practice. My passion for women’s health began in exam rooms where brilliant, capable women told me they felt invisible—sleep-deprived, foggy, anxious, and dismissed. I knew we could do better. I started LIGHT Family Wellness as a person-focused practice where your body is viewed as a temple to help you improve your overall health and well-being. I focus on evidence-based hormone therapy—often bio-identical options when appropriate—plus nutrition, movement, and non-hormonal strategies when they fit best.
