My passion for women’s health stems from the loss of my mother at a young age from breast cancer. That experience pushed me to want to help educate and care for women in all stages of life. I earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of Southern Mississippi 2002. I then attended University of Alabama at BIrmingham (UAB) and completed the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program and earned my Master of Science in Nursing in 2004. I have practiced in women’s health settings such as labor and delivery, mother-baby, public health family planning, and reproductive endocrinology, and infertility. I am board certified as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and also in Reproductive Health and Infertility.
