About

Casey Stumpf

My journey into menopause care began long before I ever experienced it myself. As a dietitian and Nurse Practitioner, I’ve spent years helping patients optimize their health through nutrition, lifestyle, and evidence-based medicine. But it was my experience in end-of-life care that gave me a powerful perspective—one that deeply shaped my approach to women’s health. I have cared for a whole generation of women who spent decades suffering the consequences of hormone decline—women who were told that menopause was something they just had to endure, that hormone therapy was dangerous, or that their symptoms were “a normal part of aging.” I saw firsthand what happens when women are denied access to the care they deserve, and I knew that future generations needed a different path. Like so many women, I entered menopause expecting guidance, solutions, and real support from the medical community. But despite being a medical provider myself—fluent in the language of medicine—I found myself frustrated by outdated information, dismissed symptoms, and a lack of real answers. If I, with my background in healthcare, struggled to get the help I needed, how were other women navigating this journey? That realization fueled my passion. I became a menopause provider because women deserve better. We deserve evidence-based care, modern treatment options, and a provider who truly listens. One of my biggest frustrations was the standard 15-minute visit—barely enough time to scratch the surface, let alone dive into the complexities of menopause. I knew women deserved more time, more attention, and a space where they felt truly heard. That’s why I chose to create a practice where I control how much time my patients get—because your health deserves more than a rushed appointment. To ensure I provide the highest level of menopause care, I have committed to becoming NAMS Certified (North American Menopause Society). This certification reflects my dedication to staying at the forefront of menopause research. I take a holistic, whole-body approach—combining hormone optimization, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies—to help women feel their absolute best. Menopause isn’t the end; it’s a new beginning
