About

Carly Daulton
I received BS in Biopsychology at UCSB, where my focus was on Neurogenesis research. After working in a research lab, I realized I wanted to work directly with patients so I applied for a MEPN program at UCSF. I completed my RN and MSN education at UCSF, where I also worked as a medical-surgical nurse, completed my NP fellowship and worked as a NP on the Lung Transplant Team. After moving to Santa Barbara during Covid, I worked as a clinical instructor for CCSU Nursing School. In my personal life, I went through pregnancy loss and had to advocate for myself to receive the care I needed to have my three girls. My experience in prenatal and perinatal care illuminated the gaps in women's healthcare. I became passionate about supporting those gaps not just in perinatal and postpartum care but also menopause. I am excited and motivated to help our community members through such a difficult life transition. I am currently studying to take the NAMS certification and plan to continue my education as I help my patients.
