I’m originally from Ukraine, where I earned my medical degree before completing a Family Medicine Residency at Texas Tech University, followed by a Geriatrics Fellowship at the University of Southern California. I am a Family Medicine Board Certified physician and a certified Menopause Society provider. My clinical interests include perimenopause, menopause, sexual dysfunction, and the prevention of bone loss related to estrogen decline. I’m passionate about helping women extend their healthspan—not just their lifespan—so they can feel vibrant, strong, and empowered through midlife and beyond. As the saying goes, “Life really begins at forty”—a sentiment often attributed to American psychologist Walter B. Pitkin—and my patients are living proof of that truth every day.
