Amber Vazquez
I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C), a member of The Menopause Society, and hold the certification of a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). I have spent much of my medical career at a cancer center as a Nurse Practitioner managing care for women undergoing treatments for breast cancer. Upon caring for these patients, I found some of the more irritating side effects came from treatment-related hormonal changes. These include initiating, resuming, or worsening menopausal symptoms. As a result, I found my passion for women’s health and feel strongly that we can do better to help ALL women going through this journey.
